A year ago, I began the home search with a realtor who had great reviews. I trusted those reviews and thought little of the fact that the person had not been in the business for very long. Needless to say, the reviews were not an accurate reflection for their work because they hadn't been in the business for long enough to have a TRUE reputation. That "professional" caused me to lose my earnest money AND my home.
