Kriste Melcher is an incredibly talented Realtor. She was marketing my home for sale before it was listed on MLS. (I wanted to clear my personal property out before listing.) She had a very hard property to sell, due to the fact that my property was in shambles. She was able to negotiate a fair price for both myself and the buyer, as she acted as both the seller and buyers agent in the wall of my home. She showed incredibly professionalism throughout my entire selling experience. In fact she was so good at her job, when I was ready to list my property, she already had an interested buyer. My property was sold before it was even listed on the MLS, due to her excellent sales experience. I was able to get my asking price for my home and we were closed within a month. I was so stressed out with having to sell my home of 42 years and she held my hand, per say, throughout the entire process. She is not only an amazing agent, she was compassionate to my every need.
